This clamshell air fresh holder snaps apart and together. Simply put 2 thumbtacks through one half, and stick that to the ceiling, in the middle of the desired treatment area, open Mylar bag (DO NOT open inner bag of beads). Place the bag of beads in the lower clamshell and click them together.
